These streets have reduced access and lane restrictions on match days. Expect delays.

Vancouver Local Traffic Access Pass

If you're a resident of affected blocks (Granville between Pender and Drake, surrounding avenues), you can apply for a Local Traffic Access Pass to access your property during pedestrian zone hours.

Requirements: Proof of residency, valid driver's license, vehicle registration

Application deadline: 10 days before each match

Our Recommendation: Take SkyTrain Instead

Why driving on match days is slower (and more expensive):

  • Parking: $25–35 per event (if available)
  • Gas + tolls: ~$15 round trip
  • Time sitting in traffic: 45–90 minutes extra vs. SkyTrain
  • Stress: Closed streets, detours, unfamiliar parking

SkyTrain costs $3.15 each way. From Surrey Central to Stadium-Chinatown in 45 minutes flat. No stress, no parking hunt.
